We are open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Monday-Thursday and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Friday.
Patients who work during the day are
occasionally seen after 5:00 pm. Our regular office number is answered by
an answering device after hours. If you have an emergency, please call the
answering service directly at (425)251-3982.
Questions
and Problems:
Our goal is to provide you with personalized,
quality health care. We want to make your visits to our offices as
comfortable as possible by providing privacy and time for your examination
and consultation. Please share with us your questions, complaints, or
suggestions for how we can improve our service.
Fees and
Payments:
We share your concerns about the costs of
medical care. Our fees have been thoughtfully worked out to reflect fair
charges for our time, materials, and the complexity of your medical
problem. Information about our fees is available upon request.
It is our office policy that payment
is requested at the time of service. We will bill your primary health care
insurance for you. We expect the balance to be paid in full within 60
days. All co-pays are due prior to initiation of services. For your
convenience, we accept personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
Prescription
Refills:
All prescription drugs are potent medications.
When refills are requested, it is best that we review your chart and write
a note regarding the refill. Please contact your pharmacy and have your
pharmacist fax or call us for your refills. Please call us before you run
out of medication. It is our policy to re-examine patients in the office
every three months to monitor their condition, and thus we will not refill
your prescription if you have not been seen in the office in the past
three months.
Telephone
Policies:
We do not encourage attempting to solve
problems over the phone. We attempt to answer any minor problems you may
have regarding medication doses, etc., but will not be able to provide you
with adequate medical advice over the phone without examination. If you
feel that you have a problem that may be answered over the phone, please
explain your problem to the receptionist. We will call you back as soon as
possible, but this may mean a delay until after our office hours if the
problem is not urgent.
Medical-Legal
Cases:
Please note that we do not work on a
contingency fee basis. We expect payment at the time of service. If you
are having problems keeping your account current, please contact our
bookkeeper to make arrangements for monthly payments. By no means will we
extend credit to you for services rendered.
